research overhaul (asthma UK)
I led the team that optimised the research section of the Asthma UK website. Traffic has exponentially improved and users are now able to navigate through this area of our website and find exactly what they need. I created dashboards to better understand the key journeys our users were wanting to take. We then mapped the journeys out, designed wireframes and built these new pages.
